Shipping policy

Import duties and taxes

All applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please be aware that these charges are beyond our control and may vary from country to country.

We do not currently ship to Germany, Greece, Poland or United Arab Emirates.

 

Order Fulfilment

One-of-a-Kind orders
These are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 3 business days of your purchase.

Made-to-Order orders
Each made-to-order piece is handcrafted and takes approximately 3 to 7 weeks to complete before shipping.

Combined Orders
If your order includes both a one-of-a-kind piece and a made-to-order item, all items will be shipped together once the made-to-order piece is ready — unless you request separate shipments at checkout.

Custom Orders
Custom commissions may take longer than our standard production time. We'll discuss and confirm the timeline with you directly before we begin creating your piece.

 

Shipping Methods and Costs

UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.
Shipping is free across mainland UK.

International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked.
A flat fee of £10 applies to all international orders. when shipping to the US an additional 10% fee is added to account for international tariffs.
Parcels are insured up to £250.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel a made-to-order item within 2 days of placing your order.
After that time, the production process begins, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

 

Failed Deliveries and Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Customers are responsible for all redelivery costs, including any charges above the standard £10 international shipping fee.

 

Returns and Customs Duties

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, it must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration form.

We are not responsible for customs duties on returned items. If the return is not properly declared and duties are charged, the parcel may be returned to you by the shipping company.
